Just wanted to say i got my dash cluster back from BBA Reman today out of Mass. They did a great job fixing the needle lights. It did take near two weeks to send them off and get them back. Mainly due to the distance. They do a ebay auction and after three tries i won the repair for only $65. Usually cost $175 and that includes shipping. Sure is nice to have all the lights light up like new.

Also i did Leatherique today. Followed the directions and since it was over 90 today it sat outside for 9 hours. Did a decent job may have to hit it again in a couple weeks. I guess the Lexus leather is just plan tough anyway not as supple and soft like the new ones. It did do a good job cleaning them anyway.

But the old guy is in great shape again.

word is that the lexus leather is coated so products like leatherique are all but pointless. gentle cleansing is all you can do.

I figured as much but i will have to say there is a difference now. Seems softer and not as slick and shiny.

never heard of the leather stuff, does it work? My seats were really black and bad, leather cleaner didnt work so i used vim bathroom cleaner (pretty much baking soda). Than i followed up on a treatment of meguiers leather products.

Its a bit pricey. I think it did well needs afew treatments and alot of time. I think the debate over this stuff for lexus leather is still out. Check out the there web site and see.
