Driveline noise/vibration ended up being transmission mount. Car now runs, drives, and rides great! Wheel bearing will eventually need replacing but does not seem to be presenting any problems right now. This site is #1 for Lexus vehicles and I thank ALL that have contributed in the past. Alot of good reading and advice on this site if you take the time to go through it all.
