Default Power steering and AC woes

Hey guys, I havent posted here in a while, but I do miss the brotherhood of lexus owners. I have a classic 91 LS400 that I am trying to bring back to life. Some years ago my AC went blank. I never found out what the problem was or decided to get it fixed. So now I am taking the necessary time to do so and find out a cost efficient resolution to my high pressure power steering hose problem. From my judgement, it seems as thought the ac compressor is a two wire connection that plugs in like any normal 1 would. For some reason when glancing under my hood yesterday, I noticed that 1 of the wired was not connected. Is this what stopped my compressor from running. Would it be possible to reconnect the broken wire to the wire harness some kind of way. Finally, my high pressure power steering hose is completely non usable. So right now I have no power steering and I am wondering how to get this fixed without the $250 replacement I have found online. Oh and lastly, does anyone have a dam resolution to my leaky sunroof. How do you clean the tracks on this thing so my water does not run in my car when I turn a corner lol.
