Default No dimming, running lights out...

My running lights are out and the dash won't dim. Also the night time lights on the HVAC and radio won't come on... it's like the car doesn't realize I've turned the headlights on... Anyone know why this might be happening?

Brake lights work. The dash dimmer does NOT work. The HVAC and radio LCD's work but they don't light of for night driving

After some more searching it's def the tail light relay. Does anyone have a schematic something to show me where/how to replace this? It appears to be in with the fuses but I don't know where... also is there a way to swing the4 j/b down where it is easier to access? They sure put it in a PITA spot

I did troubleshoot it today and it was the relay... I had to go to the dealership to get a new one but better than throwing parts at it.. the toyota TIS is an awesome deal btw! The power window relay was the same so I swapped it over and I'll get it fixed when the part comes in...

What exactly do you need? I actually have a spare relay if you want to purchase it..
