What is the width of your rims I might ask that your rubbing?

I say just roll them.

Default its 8.5

the offset is +38 i think and the tire comes out a lil too much.. so when the car goes into a dip it rubs all over the inner side of the fender..

what u guys think i should do? cut the extra out?

If you run on 245-35-20 tires, it shouldn't rub.

Question on the verge..

i am on the verge of putting the car back to stock hieght.. what do every one think of my idea of putting the car back to stock height? i am sick of it rubbing.. i was told if i put the car back to stock height since the rims is 20 inch.. the gap won't even be that big anyway.. smaller gap then if was to put the orginal wheels on there.. its that true? should i put it to stock height?

please give me suggestion..

The car won't look right at stock height...it WILL look like a 4x4...

What size tires are you running? Are you SURE that the offset is +38?

before you raise it up, can you take a photo of where the tire is rubbing...+38 should not rub...could be that the offset isn't correct on the wheel...(even though it may be stamped +38)...this is why you need a offset measuring tool

Lightbulb manray

yea ur right the offset is wrong and the tires is stickin out way too much.. i have no other choice.. i was told its 38 offset.. but it can't be cuz the tires is out too much.. any suggestionS?
let me also add that the only reason why the tires is hitting cuz the car is too low.. its dropped about 2 inches.. i think if i drop one inch with the ibach kit it would not rub.. what do you think on that one also?

here is the pic with HID and rims..

In your case, I would just have the fenders rolled...take it to a competent wheel shop and they can do it...they should have a machine that does it (not a baseball bat)...they can also hammer it (if the guy doing it knows what they're doing).

I would MUCH rather do that than to raise the car up...

BTW, you need a body kit...BAD!

Question manaray

i can have the back rolled.. but the front is so low.. and there is nothing to roll.. and the tire sticks out cuz the offset is wrong.. either way i am screwed.. what other ideas.? i was thinkin i should just get the 1 inch drop and slam those in.. get it all right.. right now is 2 inch drop.. the car dont ride like it suppose to.. what do you think?

how did you determine that the offset was wrong? I have the same wheels for my 98 gs400. (20x8.5 +38) My rears don't rub but my fronts do. Now I want to check if my offsets are wrong too.
