are you referring to the pukkey that pivots....I believe it is 17mm....use socket & breaker bar.....go counterclockwise to relieve tension on belt & remove belt.....this bolt is reverse threads.....so clockwise to loosen this 17mm bolt......then I believe there are 2 other bolts on the idler pulley below to remove as well...
