Spark plug preferences and a few ???s (96LS)
I plan on changing the plugs in my 96 LS400, it has 177k miles and the previous didn't know when the plugs had last been changed (she had the car for 65k).
What plug is the most popular for the 1UZ? I know with my other Imports i've always stuck with NGK, but i was just checking to see what everyone else uses on their LS.
Also, when i am doing the plugs are their any little things i should know about in advance, or anything that would be good to change while i am at it?

p.s. - I read through the FAQ and only found the tutorial for the UCF21, so not much help for me.

Might as well do wires and cap and rotor too.

I wouldn't use Anti-seize or dielectric grease though.
Oh I like OEM for everything I can so I say OEM spark plugs.

I use NGK platinum on everything I own.. Great plugs. I also change mine every 10k even if they are not bad as plugs are cheep. In fact I just got some today to change. I don't run the iridium plugs as all they do is last longer then the platinum plugs and since I change mine so often that never comes in to play.
