Default LS400 Key transponder key receiver question

I bought a car on a theft recovery, and unfortunately the ignition key was damaged.

However, I found the ignition with a key from another lexus (1993...my car is also a 93).

In any case, I was able to find the car door locks as well that match the ignition key as well.

My question is about the receiver chip (similar to this one
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/LEXUS...Q5fAccessories)

Do I need to pull the chip from the donor car as well and where exactly is it located?

Yes, you will want to pull the chip from the donor car. That's the only way keyless entry will work from the keys you just acquired. The module is located in the left side of the trunk near the power antenna if I remember correctly.

Regarding this replacement/installation of transponder chip from donor car...

Does anyone have explicit instructions on how to program a key/chip to the 1LS?
If not, please point in the right direction to obtain the info. Dealers charge approx. $55-155 for the programming. (THATS A LOT!!!)
