Getting the door panel off with the door stuck closed would probably be a difficult task even for Houdini!

I think your best bet is to drive the car to a local locksmith's shop.

Who needs to open doors? Take it from the Dukes of Hazard, chicks dig it when you jump through the window and burn rubber.

Sorry man, tough one.

Do you hear anything happening when you pull the interior door handle? With it closed shut its almost impossible to get the door panel off.

Going to a locksmith isn't really going to help because the lock isn't the issue. If you pull on both the inner and outer handles and feel no resistance you have a problem with the door latch. There are a series of rods, clips, and springs that control the latch from the handles. A clip may have broken that holds the rod or it could be a spring. The only way to get it open is to manually manipulate the latch using long screwdrivers, pliers, etc. I've done it a couple times but your're pretty much working blind because you can't see what you're doing. Best of luck!

You could start by removing the trim piece around the inner door handle, and work from there.

ya pass on the lock smith.

was the car in an accident? odd the door would jam like that. I would say a good body shop to help align that thing.
