Default 95 LS400 for 06 Ninja 636 trade?

I have an 06 kawasaki ninja 636 with about 19,000 miles on it. about 4000 miles on the rebuilt head. There is a guy wanting to trade and he has a 95 LS400 with 226,000 on the body.....91,000 miles on a replacement engine that was installed. The console/armrest is messed up and the back of the drivers seat is also. Both have duct tape on them. Exterior has a few dings, one small rust spot. Front passenger fender and bumper has a spot that was dinged up a bit. broke a tab on the headlight assembly. Has after market stereo but the Jensen double din has duct tape around it also, instead of a double din pocket surrounding it. antenna is broken. Tire tread is pretty low. I did an auto check and everything came out okay. Its just those few things...........some of them minor. I need a car but at the same time I dont want to make a stupid decision. You guys think the trade is worth it?

Yeah? I don't know what I want to do. It does need a little TLC. He had it detailed today and I went up and looked at it and drove it. Drove really nice and looked a lot better after it was cleaned up. Tough decision..........
