Default !! my car has COMPLETELY died....what is going on!!

Ok, So i was watching some football at my friends house tonight when another friend need to leave but i was blocking him in the drive way. I had to move my car so i got in a cranked it up fine and backed up. I then pulled back in and parked it then shut it off but as soon as i shut it off all the electrical components stopped working.... i mean the steering didnt actuate, none of the lights worked and when i tried to restart my car it was as if i had no battery, it wasnt even trying to turn over. I was thinking it might be a blown fuse but i couldnt find it.... so now my car is stuck at my friends house until i can figure this out..

Any ideas as to what might have happened..... Thanks

Dead cell on your battery? Happened to me a couple months ago. If you can jump the car then suspect the battery shorted internally, killing it.

Check the battery terminals.

I dont understand why you would think its a fuse...People need to stop saying i think its a fuse, you sound like morons...Its obviously the battery, why dont you take the time to clean it properly and bolt it on tight so moronic crap like this doesnt happen anymore. I highly doubt the fuse for the starter or alternator would ever blow out on these cars. I would say take a screw driver open your oil cap and throw it in there. Then turn the car on and let it destroy the screw driver, if it doesnt then your car is trash.
