Does anyone know how to take out the front cigarette lighter in my 98 LS400?

to remove the lighter, simply pull it out.

to remove the ash tray/lighter section, you have to remove the center console and unscrew this section.

yea all you need to do is take a screw driver and a hammer and brake it out. It comes off easier the harder you hit it. It looks way cooler when its gone.

I think my question falls within the same topic...

How do you replace the cigarette lighter sockets? My fuse popped and replaced it accordingly and now the socket won't work to power any of my accessories. I used a voltmeter to check for power at the tips of the +/i wiring onto the socket and it gets 12-14v but the actual socket gets NO current/power whatsoever.

Help!
