Default 10mm wheel spacers (puredrifter very welcome)

Alright I have been researching the last couple days and this is what I came up with. Pure drifter told me with my 18x8/9 +35 wheels that I would be cool with 15mm wheel adapters. I was actually going to get them until I read that you need at least a 25mm adapter if you have dual lug wheels (which i do), because the oem studs would hit my back side of my wheels. I tried on 5/16 (7mm?) spacers and I have barely enough clearance for my wheels, 1, maybe 2mm of clearence. Do you think 10mm spacers with extended studs would do me fine?? and what mm length extended studs do I need to have plenty of threads without hitting my wheel center cap (plastic lugnut covers)?? Sorry for all of the ?'s just want to do it right the first time

-Adam

i said you could use adapters provided your wheels had the cutouts in the hub for the lugs to sit

if you dont, or you have a wheel with 2 or more bolt patterns, then you're confined to using either a REALLY thick adapter, or using a standard hubcentric spacer with extended studs.

http://www.ichibausa.com/10alwhsp5.html is a good choice, plus it comes with the extended studs you'll be needing. H&R is better of course, but harder to find sometimes in >5mm thickness for toyota/lexus applications.

Just buy the spacers and the studs together and you'll have enough threads to put your wheel on safely.
I used 15mm H&R spacers with the extended studs and I have a cap on my Work DH's. The studs/lugs have plenty of space.
