Audio Elitists - will this work fine?
Grabbed this over the weekend
http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....=1218056226662
Will the 6 cd changer, sub/amp all be compatible with this with ease? Should be a pretty easy install?
Thanks!

Nice basic head unit, but basically aftermarket gear and factory gear don't play nice with each other.
You either adapt and make do (and experts of the LS400 can chime in on how to adapt), or you build from the beginning with aftermarket and improve your sound quality in the process.

nothing, repeat, NOTHING aftermarket will plug into the harness and use the factory amp and sub.
you will need to custom wire everything, and at the end of the day will likely lose the sub...
the changer won't work, you will need to have someone (like member LexusAudio) change the plug on ur oem cd changer to get it to work with newer pioneer headunits.

i saw a trim kit that came with a harness that will allow you to still be able to still use the factory sub on ebay. i dont c y it would work but it wouldnt surprise me if it didnt lol
but the ideal way like stated above is to just rewire everything and while ur at it y not some new good speakers and amp em up
