Which NGK plug to use in a 99 LS? 3764 or 4589?

the 3764 is the more consumer grade "Iridium IX" whereas the 4589 has a larger electrode and better suited as a long-term replacement.
personally i went with some NGK V-Power Copper plugs, better spark than Iridium and i don't mind changing mine out every 15k-20k miles.
Took out the OEM plugs and they were pretty much COMPLETE toast.
120k mi. Iridium plugs are fail.
