Guys, what happened with your Weapon R ECU and cold air intake setups? There has been no activity in the engine section here so I wanted to "prod" some info.

Unfortunately, the Weapon-R intake didn't fit in our first generation LS. I believe it was made for 2nd gen

Returning the product was very smooth. I had no problems getting credited back the amount I paid for less shipping.

So you only tried the cold air intake. Did you hear from anyone else about the ECU upgrade? It was tested on a 2nd Gen car (a 95 I believe) which supports your theory about the air intake as well. Although I believe the changed from OBD1 to OBD2 occured during the 95-97 model year runs which would most likely effect the application.

and see how the simple mods can sometimes be better than expensive ones. I am going to do this just as soon as my warranty expires in another 5000 miles.
