Ihave a '94 model. When i start engine motor starts fine no hick ups no misses and smooth, when i give it gas it roars to life but!!!
When i place it in gear, and goes nice and smooth but no power! Will accelerate gradually and slowwwwly. Just replaced ecu so do not think it is that, replaced the catalyctic converters also. So what do i do now?????
Am replacing fuel pump tonight!

well.... I also have a 91 and it is a world of difference. The 94 goes 0-30 probably over 20-30 seconds.

Check your fuel pressure - on the driver's side of the engine look for a round black fuel pressure damper with a screw in the middle. Start the engine, the screw should be at the very least flush with the top if not sticking up. If it doesnt, you got fuel issues.

Happened to me last week, my fuel pump was about to give out.
