Default Best Rotor/Pad Combination?

So I am swapping my SC300 front calipers for some 99 LS400 units. As such, I am trying to determine which rotors and calipers would be best for the job. In the past I have used Powerslots and Akebono but wondering what all of you with LSs would recommend.

My goals are to have something that is the strongest stopping power and lowest dust. I have a 1jz-gte in my car and I drive hard so I would like to be sure that I can stop quickly and effectively even if I do some autocross events. Additionally, I have some nice 19s that have a polished lip and with organic pads I get so annoyed that I go literally a block and have brake dust...

Thanks in advance!

i'm a fan of just brembo blank rotors and axxis pads
they have a ceramic pad that i LOVE, it's like one step below the ultimates or something. i chose it over the ultimates since at the time i bought my pads the ultimates were an organic pad.

Since it sounds like you are considering replacing your OEM system (rotors, calipers, pads) with an after market system I would recommend reading these articles before jumping in. The science behind a car's brake system is very complicated. Changing the dynamics of your car's brake system can have the opposite affect of what you are trying to accomplish if you do not go about it the right way. One of the best, easiest and least expensive upgrades one can do is to replace stock brake lines with stainless steel brake lines especially if you plan to track your car. If it were my money and money were no object I would just change out the pads, brake fluid and brake lines.

Just food for thought...

I use IROTOR D/S rotors on all 4 hubs and ebc redstuffs in the front and green stuffs in the back and the car stops like a beast! There is also ZERO dust.
