go to an exhaust shop and get one made... as LiCelsior said, totally custom.
why not run remote turbos? makes installing a turbo (or two =D) on this car way easier
keep us updated on the project
and lay off the 420 while you do the project xD

after talking with guys at sts, i found that a single turbo(with a big turbo) is better a tt with two smaller turbos. also alot cheaper to buy and install. i should have the money late march, or april. as soon as get it, i'll post pics. and once i get it tuned i'll post stats and videos

I wouldn't press a LS400 from the line anyway... All from a roll if you wanted to get on it..
there is always "some" lag on a turbo setup whether up close and personal with the engine or if its remotely... brake boost anyone?!
Main thing is, oil feed. A dry sump in the trunk would be best, a shield to help prevent any debris entering the unit etc etc....
I was (still am at times) part of the maxima world where this was implemented on a 4th gen (95-99) max and made some very impressive numbers. Even with its location at the exhaust area.

Pure Drifter here is a question for you will the lexus bottom end hold up to a turbo, Here is Costa Mesa toyota racing division has stopped selling turbos for the trucks due to bottom ends coming unglued and blowing out the crank bearings. I know the bottom end of the LS motor is bullet proof but stories are abound about the LS 400 motor blowing out due to people set the waste gate to high what is your call on this. I have been thinking about buying a 2000 LS 400 and having a turbo put in cost so far are about 7,000 to 12,000 dollars. Is this a risky investment.

my reason for two small turbos was less lag while keeping the overall power gain...
