Default timing belt/water pump question! (need part number for water pump gasket)

Hey guys..I am about doing the timing belt and water pump on my ls..I noticed that my water pump didnot come with the gasket..doest it require a gasket for the water pump or just used the FIPG seal from toyota? if the water pump need the gasket..do you know the part number for it? doest the toyota parts store carry it or only at lexus parts store? thanks

Doesnt come with a gasket and doesnt need one for installation. Just need to apply high temp sealant into grove of the new water pump and apply pressure. This should help,, http://www.lexls.com/tutorials/engine/timingbelt.html. This tutorial is for the first gen LS, but still should be the same for later years. Please specify year of your car in order to receive help. Profile says you have an ES, so don't know which model year LS you have.

thanks Trukn1..it's a 1996 with 158k..I just about 1/4 thru the tutorial..hopefully I will get everything done by monday!
