Default picture request: 1st gen w/ front strut bar

been curious to see what this looks like since everyone says the supra one fits or so and so is making their own etc etc. but ive never actually seen a picture of one...

wanted to know if anyone had a picture of a strut bar on a 1st gen ls????

This was the OTTO one for the LS. I had it on my old 91

I believe it's now discontinued.

i have this big cover since mine used to have the factory air suspension. wat would you guys do with the cover on top of where you strut bar is gonna be mount

if you arent using the factory air any more then you can ditch those covers.
if you are using factory air then you can't use any STB on the market, they won't fit with those covers.

Question

For all those with a strut bar installed, did it make a big difference or was it barely noticeable? How was ride quality and handling affected? Was it worth the money, or is it all show no go?

it helps more when you have some suspension mods, on a totally stock suspension it's noticeable but barely.

if its a multi-piece bar make sure to preload it.

i also have stock suspension and i noticed the difference right off...15%-20% better/tighter "feel".

ya i did also...now that i have lowered it it hugs corners nicely for a big car
