wassup everyone my name is Dan. From Norcal new to the forum. I'm about to go pick up a 1998 Lexus ls400 today. I want to know is there any particular issues about this car I should be looking into?
Little detail about this car:

125k
good condition for $7k

Open for suggestion and help. Thanks in advance

Welcome to CL. This is widely asked and if you search you will see multiple threads on it. However, the timing belt is the biggest factor as it should have been changed B4 100,000 miles. If it has not been changed it will need to be done soon. It can cost over $1,000. Others include suspension components like struts, control arms and lower ball joints.

Black on tan - nice

Great deal - cheaper than struts/springs and you get benefits of coilovers

7k is a good deal. my dealership just sold a 98 blue on tan with similar mileage for like 8900.

just make sure the TB/WP have been changed. at 125k if it hasnt been changed you will need to do it.
