car wont start in the morning
1990 ls400 my car wont start after the car is completly cold, i have replaced the starter and battery cables. If i turn the ignition about 30 times it then starts. I dont hear the starter click just what sounds like a relay clicking behind the glove box. once the car starts it will start every time unless you let it sit and get cold again. is the relay or the ignition switch going bad?

car wont start
now the car wont start at all, i put a new relay in it and the same problem, it seems like power is not getting to the starter, does anyone know if this sounds like ignition switch problem
