I got to almost 120mph but my tires were horribly not balanced so I slowed down.

True - because it was as smooth as 55 MPH. I remember getting pulled over in Oklahoma going 120 MPH. I ended up getting off with a warning - go figure
That would never happen again.

Seat-belt or no seat-belt, it makes no difference in safety at all when you are speeding over 140 mph.

148MPH is what i have put mine to. last summer, havent come close again since and well snowtires and 100+ speeds dont go well together! but OMG what a rush
