Rear Door Speaker Grille - 91 LS

Does anyone know if I can pop out the rear door speaker grilles on a 1st gen LS without removing the whole panel?

Ah, nice close up picture tells the story. Thanks, LiCelsior. Looks like I need to remove the whole panel.

The grills have a lock washer on the back of them. You can pop them out however you will break the plastic guide tabs with hold them onto the door panel; I know b/c I did this. Best bet is to yank the panel.
