avalon your referring to me huh? nice one. why do you have a problem with me being dissatisfied with an aftermarket part?

maybe the one i purchased from autozone was defective who knows. but i will be getting one from the dealer and trying that out.

Don't get personal; this is business.

Your previous post assert that all Autozone sensors were bad, and only OEM ones were the only ones to use (without having tested the OEM one yet to see if it solved your problems). You finally state now that it may have been an isolated incident to that one sensor. All I ask is that you substantiate your claim(s) with evidence before crying wolf. That is all I ask.

avalon im not getting personal, if i recall, you were the one getting personal when you made a reference to me. I have never called your name or referred to you in any way.

and, i wasnt saying ALL autozone sensors were bad, i couldnt be saying that if previous users used one and said it worked fine.

I was simply stating to be on the safe side and NOT taking any chances of getting the problems that i am currently getting, BUY THE OEM SENSOR!! just giving my fellow CL members a helping hand.

anyhow just forget about it.

Not throwing a code at all...hmm, did you unplug the ECU fuse and put it back in to re-initialize?
