Thumbs up UCF2X brake pad reviews

For 95-00 owners who have bought replacement brake pads for their cars.
I had oem which were nice 6/10 for bite.
I had some PBR semi's which were about 8/10 for bite.
Got some wagners ceramics which are 3/10 ,they suck no bite at all , i feel scared when trying to stop.

I see APEX $60 and EBC $130 green stuff also for our gen LS400 anyone tried them in it?
Any other you tried and liked?

Why spend $130 on GreenStuff when you can get the RedStuffs for $150?

My '97 LS400 is due for front pads, but I'm changing them all at the same time to the aforementioned Reds. Now I just need to get around to actually buying them...

I switched to Wagner ThermoQuiet pads years ago to reduce wheel dust. They are ceramic and are quiet. They carry a lifetime warranty and I have not paid for a set since the first set. I take the old ones in and get a free replacement when t hey wear

how do they compare though?
btw the green is 130 with shipping i am not sure how much out the door the reds are .
The reds do seem like a much better solution only need to find them as this is the first time i have seen anything else beside normal aftermarket pads unless from Japan.

im running Axxis (ulitmate?, il double check later) ceramics that i must admit are the best pad i've had on my LS. ever.

VERY low dust, and GREAT initial bite. , il get the model info for you guys in a day or two.

as for EBC...get the Red Stuff.
the green stuff are organic and not really made for heavy sedans

the red stuff are ceramic and made specifically for heavier street cars.

After reading up the reds will perform much better for only slightly more, The price i saw was on eBay for $130 for the fronts only. I see summit has them also and they price match to anyone , Cheapest is around 92 and 65 with free shipping. I would call summit and let them give it to you cheaper they did that with my fan.
