Where is it?

I have looked under kick panel on drivers side, behind glove box etc???

I can only find the diagnostic port down by the peddles

not sure about australia or japan, but in my old '95 it was right where its supposed to be....drivers side kick panel not too far from the alarm button.

i dont recall it being that far back. it was ON the panel, not behind it. there was a trapezoidal cutout.
check your pass. side? im not entirely sure since you have a RHD car

OBD 2 became a standard in 1996 or 1997 for the USA market also for Canada.
The connectors you see is probably all their is. My 98 is right under the hood latch covered by a plastic cover to pop off. So your not 96 or newer and not in the USA .
