strutmasters suspension light disarm ?
Well I finally converted the car with the strutmasters kit this morning (wasn't too bad a process actually but totally didn't do it they way they had instructed).
For anyone that has done this conversion though there is a section that says "Suspension Light Disarm" I assume "light" means the bulb in the dash cluster? Not "light" as in the opposite of heavy.
In any event it's a 93 and it says there should be a violet wire and a violet with yellow stripe wire on the connector closet to you on the ECU that need to be cut. I see the violet with yellow stripe but there is not a violet wire on that connector. On the connector farthest from me there are TWO solid violet wires and a violet with yellow stripe but I don't think that's it.
Anyone else done this before?
Oh and before and after, she still needs a lot of work but what do you expect for $500 (the springs are still settling too, they were CRAZY high when we first put them on).

No the stock air suspension was bad on this car (which is why in the first pics it's basically sitting on the wheels). Instead of trying to find cheap air struts we converted the whole car to a regular spring/strut setup. Strutmasters has a kit for $700 (shipped) to replace all 4 air struts.

Yeah it did look awesome but the wheels were just scrapping on the body LOL. The kit says it should look like basically stock setting for the springs after they settle. I'm not really going to mod this car just keep it simple since it was so cheap.

For anyone interested I just pulled the ECU completely and the "suspension Hi" light in the dash stopped flashing. I assume this is just as good as finding the wires that don't exist.
