Weird interior issues on 1993 LS
So one day me and the girlfriend were driving the LS400 to a friends house and all of a sudden the interior dome light just turned on.
I thought that maybe a door was open, but they were all tightly closed. strange, I turn it off and keep driving. then going around a corner the turn signal sound just comes on but turns off when you return the wheel to dead center. odd. THEN randomly when braking the passenger footwell light just blinks on and the doors try to lock(I say "try" because, the doors auto-lock when you shift to drive for the first time so you just hear the motors for the power locks click).
So my question is am i stuck paying thousands to have someone fix it or has this happened before and theirs and easy fix? any thoughts?

Sorry this is off topic, but how did you get your doors to lock when put in drive? I know this a feature on the newer Lexus models, but I want this for my 94LS. Couldn't find anything in a search.

hahaha don't stress it isnt anything to evil / possessed.
I have read about this issue before.
here is the link to explain it
http://www.lexls.com/tutorials/lighting/bulbout.html
If this is the issue, I think you might have to make a donation to lexls.com haha Would of taken an auto sparky forever to work this out costing you an arm and a leg.
Ive only been on this forum for a day or 2 now and Ive help plently of people already. Got to love being useful for something HAHA.

Also Inregards to the "auto-lock" MY 1990 Celsior doors lock as soon as the car hits 20km/h
Toyota has been doing this for years tho, Even my old 1979-82 MS112 Toyota Crown has this feature (its even got a fridge in the rear parcel shelf haha)

I would of definetly thought the 1st gen ls400's would have this feature, but ive only ever owned 1st gen celsiors, im 99% sure the Aussie delivered LS400's do it (go on www.ebay.com.au type in ls400 and ask someone who owns one). They would have the same central locking computer I would imagin (not sure where its located on the LHD model)
Probley an Idea to create a new theard asking others if there 1st gen LS400's do the auto lock at 20 km/h, It wouldnt be a strictly JDM thing either because my toyota crown has this feature and its Australian delivered.
