Default OK guys... here's a difficult question... to me, anyways. A/C code 33.

Hey guys... I havent been on the forums much anymore, haven't really been driving the LS much either, especially since the A/C isn't working, and being in FL, thats kinda necessary . I recently bought (50/50 with my dad) a 2005 Aston Martin DB9 (I have pictures of it, and I have a video of my revvin' it too, at this point when we bought it, it hardly would start up, and would only run for about 1 minute).. which is beautiful, by the way, but it's having some little troubles of it's own.. so I've been driving it on and off, but it, too, is currently under the knife (bad wiring).

ANYWAYS... i have been without A/C for about 5 months now, thinking for sure it is the compressor. (it makes a really nasty "groaning" noise when I turn the A/C on and rev the car up alittle) but tonight I decided to run the A/C code.. 33 came up.

"33 - Open in air mix damper position sensor circuit. Or, open or short in air mix servomotor circuit. Or, air mix servomotor locked."

Anyone have ANY idea what the hell this is? I am very confused! I have never even heard of this before.

Thanks for any info!

p.s. I do believe my LSs' A/C has been converted to the "new version" of A/C.. R134a. The receipt would be in my receipts book at work... but I am 90% sure that was done a few years back.
