Default Looking for a regulated 12v

98 LS

I need to find a regulated 12v in the glovebox area to power my dvd-rom and usb hub (carpc install). Would I be able to tap into the ACC going to the CD changer?

Need to figure this out ASAP.

Although I tapped into the wire to the accessory plug in the center console when I installed my GPS, I have since come to the conclusion that the easiest way to power just about any device is to plug a piggyback fuse adapter into the under dash fuse box. It should be fairly easy to run a wire from the underdash fuse box to the glove compartment area. I ran wires all over the place behind both sides of the dash when I installed my phone kit although I found that popping the radio out made it easier to run wires.

So there is no problem with powering devices off the ACC line? This would work best for me as I have some stuff in the trunk that needs regulated power and I'm already running the ACC back there to turn on my amps.
