BTW, thanks for all the comments guys
the car has 187,000 miles and it is in mint condition.. the leather seats look brand new with hardly any wrinkles, no stains or rips, and the exterior is still nice and shiny. It does have a couple very small rust spots but its damn MN =X
the previous owner was a businessman who travelled in the nearby 5 states so most of the miles are hwy miles. Also, he has done every required maintenance and more to maintain the car.. The bad thing is that it will be needing a new timing belt soon (last one done @ 93,000 miles)..
anyway, i picked it up for $4500 which i think is a pretty good deal considering the condition of the car and how well the previous owner took care of it
any comments welcomed =D

Wow what a deal and clean too. Obviously the miles mean little as long as the vehicle was taken care of (it sure looks like it was). My 95 just clicked over 209,500 and it still drives as good as the day it was new. You'll need to do your timing belt soon. I had mine done for the second time a month ago.
I don't think you should worry about it now - just enjoy your new car and eventually you will want to change it. Enjoy

i have read ur thread about the timing belt cost and such hehehe.. Coming from a Honda family, we all know about the timing belt issue it sucks but its a maintenance thing. I figured that after i do the timing belt on this car, i wont have much to worry about for a long time .. And since it was mostly driven on the hwy, the wear on the timing belt shouldnt be too bad
ur car looks really nice btw. i have stared at it many many times LOL
