Exhaust that sounds like an m5's exhaust in my ls400, is it a possibility?

Does anybody know of any exhausts that sound like or come close to the way the BMW m5 does? Like a low deep hum?

wont make a difference, m5 has a very different characteristic, both in header/collecter, then in piping, and most notably the WHOLE DAMN ENGINE.
the 1UZ is by nature a very "lazy" motor, in stock form is only really useful up to about 6500rpm. the M5 revs up past 8000rpm and more importantly, has the valvetrain and cam setup to allow it to get there damned fast.
the 1uz sounds more like a musclecar than rev-happy german...

I know a guy who owns a CL500, 2002. Car has Borla mufflers on and it sounds very close to S55 blown car.
I doubt you will get the same exact sound of an M5, but if low rev deep bass tone you are looking for. I think if you go with no cats, x-pipe and Borla or Dynomax Welded muffler, all in 2.5 pipe diameter, you might get what you are looking for.

I was next to an S2000 that had some Spoon products on it today. The "kids" that were driving it easily revved that baby in 1st close to the 10.5K redline. Wow, did that sound nice, throaty yet very "vtec" sounding. There is no way that the 1UZ could ever replicate that sound.

Man one question, and you could get chewed out over here....
Nah I just want my car to have that deep low hum tone, not replicate it exactly, have stated that more than once...but thanks though.

Not to be mean, I cant believe im actually updating this, but, if you want ur car to have an M5 low rumbling sound, sell it and buy an F body Camaro or Firebird. They have a low, rumbly exhaust note, I was behind one today. It pissed me off too. Wheel gap galore with 4 exhaust tips that shake like Shakira in a music video, and honeycomb styled taillights. blahhh, the Firebird of course.
