Ya it was a hell of a drive. From spring time temperatures leaving Vancouver to below freezing in the 4100ft Coquilhalla pass & even colder in the 5400ft Kicking Horse pass. I definitely rolled the dice, lucky it was dry! This was me last year waiting way too long to make the tire switch. Surprisingly it was alright in the snow had to avoid hills going home tho lol.
I really wanted to test this set up on a long road trip. Vacation ending pot holes made for white knuckle driving thru the night. Made it to Calgary in record time, 8h15min. I wish I had better than 14k/10k springs but these General Gmax tires are awesome..
