Thanks, akitomk3! I picked it up for a song as the power steering pump and rack needed replacement, the center sun visor was floppy, a broken motor mount, AC (r124) not working, and the climate control LCD blacked out. A little work and all is well.
Only mods are a Magnaflow exhaust (I kept the stock resonators and mufflers in case I ever want to go back), a modern stereo, and I changed the AC over to R134. Planning on tinting the windows...
197,000 miles - I love it.

Nice... I like the "junk yard dog" pics. Do you plan on getting red and clear tails or all clear?

Here is my most recent pic. I took it two days ago after a "mechanic" changed this gasket:

Nothing wrong there. What seems to be the problem?

So stop taking it to crappy "mechanics" :thumb up:
i've seen that more than a few times on cars where you have to slip the VC in under stuff to get it back in place. how bad was the oil leak?

Since it was all the way in the back, it was not terrible on downhills or even level roads, but as soon as I hit an uphill, it was like Titanic.
So, I re-did it myself, and now it is perfect. It will be a while before I take my car to any mechanic ever again to be honest.

He's static on Megan EZs, of all things (
not hating; just impressed - he posted in the Wheel Pics thread)
