I had an 89 Toyota Camry that my father in law gave me about a year ago get totalled out last week. Other guy's fault... I bought this car with the money I got out of the old Camry... Heck of an upgrade! It had a few problems that with the help of this group, and Youtube, I have already solved. It ha the blacked out climate control display... New replacement on order. Broken driver side handle... Replacement ordered. Seat back not going up and down... Repaired. Antenna mast not going up and down.... Repaired.

I have a double din JVC bluetooth/DVD/Tuner/USB/Mp3 stereo to install at the same time I take the climate control out for repair. Oh yeah.... The sub was rattling reall bad. Took it out and found that the dust cover was loose and bouncing around on the speaker. It sounds fine now. I will glue the dust cover back on when I get the proper glue.

Stats on the car so far... 21.5 MPG.... 180,000 miles and I feel like I bought a new car. It drives, rides, and feels like a new car. I cannot believe it.

Also, thanks to all of you that have posted pics, problems, and fixes. How the heck did we get by without the internet?

xtreme626, your car is BOSS. I LOVE the limo tint out back, are your front windows matching?
I will be getting rid of the chrome B pillar covers on mine, replacing with black adn going 20% tint all around

unfortunately, they aren't matching. my fronts are noticeably lighter than my rears (came like that when i bought it). i plan to redo my tint in the near future since my tint has been wrinkling. i plan to go with 20% all around.

thanks haha. last minute changes.. the group who i was originally going to roll with decided not to go anymore so i just decided to roll there with my circle of friends. there were too many 98-00 LS' over there.. like up a considerable amount from before.
