'91, 134k miles, picked up on CL for $2200. I've dumped about a grand back in to her and working on mechanical issues, then I'll move over to cosmetic.
Any suggestions for body kits, bumpers, etc, please send my way!
Here you can see the difference between the lower trim I used Back to Black on and the trim that I didn't..
Wash and wax today, Meguiar's NXT 2.0 Tech Wax.

She has a few touched up spots, and the paint on the lower body panels isn't original..Some idiot somewhere did a terrible job and there's horrible swirls..I don't think it's even the same color code. The wax helped a lot but I need to have the front and rear bumpers repainted, as well as the lower side panels.
The interior, aside from the seats, is near mint. No cracks in the dash or door trim..I've spent about seven hours total on this thing over the weekend washing, waxing, detailing, conditioning seats. The carpet has a few stains but overall looks really good, I'm confident it will shampoo out to look nearly new.
Needs a lot of little things. This is my first Lexus and I'm definitely in love. This ol' girl's going to soak up a lot of my tlc and money over the duration of our relationship..
Her name is Ellis, the LS400. >)

Lekker ding Asia-H.T. LOL, my mom is Dutch/ Indo. I was thinking about putting IS-F's on the 91 LS I had. I ended up trading it in on a 99 instead. I'm glad it looks as good as I had envisioned it.

The wheels are MRR GT1s, 20"x"8.5" all the way around. I have a 1/4" spacer up front as the wheels will not clear the calipers without it.
The white paint does help with swirl "reduction," but also shows dirt really well. It's a '97, but the paint is in rather good shape for the age. A couple minor issues on the trunk and front bumper, but only really noticeable if you pay close attention.
Oh and I jokingly call my car "Alexis" haha (*apologies for the horrid pun*)

Well,, my old girl is still rocking the same outfit,,unemployment earlier this year took away her mod money. Anyways, I don't photograph my car often so I will post a couple of my favorites, as I know the very last one will get me jokes. Oh well,,, First one is from MD NEloc BBQ,, Last one is from Carlisle Style & Performance show 2009.

@toxictv: Car looks great for the buck On the bumpers; maybe you can get some 93-94 lower cladding + a JDM/Euro front lip. Should be good looking.
@J Three: Oke! Bedankt! dus je ken wel een beetje Nederlands
I Thinks IS-F's don't look that good on my LS, too sporty for my taste Maybe a lighter coloured car would do better
@Mugen: Beautiful pictures! very nice car too
@Kyoei: Terrific LS
