What rims are those? This is how I see my 92 looking when I'm done. I've only done interior stuff so far. Just installed a Pioneer head unit with DVD, HD Radio, SiriusXM, Bluetooth and a backup camera.

A friend of mine took a couple pics and a video of me doing a little burnout. Yes it is both tires! I'll post the link for the video once it's on youtube.

I feel like a total noob for asking but how do you do a burnout? Like, since it's an Automatic and such (not that I really know anything about how to do it with a Manual).

Basically just mash the brake and gas pedal until it starts spinning. With a stick you've gotta rev it up, dump the clutch then get your left foot onto the brake fast while keeping the gas pinned.

My old cressy couldn't spin them lol. Had an LSD but with the auto it would just sit there and rev. Sadness

So pretty much press both down fully? Or depress the brake fully and adjust with the acceleration?

lol, well, that's reassuring

***EDIT***
After a series of Google searches, I've pretty much figured out what to do (from a Mustang forum [not really surprising...]).

Yes, burnouts are fun. But it's alot of stress on the drivetrain.

They are pretty easy to do with a auto (assuming it has enough power).

Hodson- it's funny you say that about your cressy. When I started this burnout, it sounded like it was just reving and sitting there. The tires were just barely moving. lol. Then they picked up speed and car started to go sideways! Thats when I realized it was both tires. lmao. I told my buddy with the camera to get on the left side, because I thought for sure it was just going to be one tire!

it's a documented faux-nomenon. The wear inside the diff on mid-high mileage LS' creates just enough friction to spin both tires when they're evenly loaded, but not when unevenly loaded (since it's still an open diff).
