Default tire recomendations for ls400?

what tire size would fit nice on a 18X7.5 +15 front and 18X8.5 +8 rear for a 1st gen ls400? i want that strecthed look but dont want to loose comfort either. any info would help. thanks

you can't really stretch any tires on narrow wheels liek that.
you need 9" to 10" wheels to stretch the tires. teh narrowest 18" tire is going to be a 215, wich will fit pretty square on your 7.5's and a little stretched on the 8.5. i'd go for those but they are very small sidewalls, so you better be very low or it will look bad.

I think if you had stock wheels, you would get more replies. I just got the Goodyear Assurance Tripletreds and I'm happy with them (so far).

why would u run an 18x7.5 front?

most 18" guys run AT LEAST an 8.5 (even the 3GS 18s are 18x8)!

I have 18 x 8.5 up front and run 245 x 40's. The tire is pretty square and kind of wide. My car is pretty low and I think it would have too much finger gap with a stretched tire though.

i wish i had the 8.5 for the front but the place where i bought the wheels only had the ones have and i couldnt stand the wheels that came with the car lol....im just using these for temp till i get some new wheels
