95 LS warning light..What does it mean?
I have a 95 LS with 97k and I had an exhaust gasket and bolts repaired at the Y pipe the other day. My wife took the car to work about 20 miles away, and then on her way home a warning light came on. The light is a circle with three "dashes" going around the circle on each side. It went out for a few days but then came back on and has been on ever since. I assume anti-lock brakes, but not sure. Did a search but found nothing. Any ideas?

Yes unfortunately it is a sensor - easy to repair but pricey from the dealer. I have seen the sensors available on the internet for $65. i believe there are two total - one on the rear and one on the front. My light was on for 3 months before I finally broke down and repaired it. It is a quick job.

I guess I'll start by having my brakes checked at a local shop. The light does not say ABS anywhere, and my wife told me that all the manual says about the light is "see your Lexus dealer"
I'm giving my wife some credit here, but maybe I should check it out just to be sure.
You know how that goes
I'll let you know what happens. THANKS

Thats the light that shows up when your pads are worn. Don't just replace the sensor, because the light came up for a reason...your brakes NEED to be replaced, or at least the pads.
