ugh, airride wont go down

So, i have two controllers ASG63X Limited and another random one

neither will lower the ride really, it will raise hte **** out of it, but wont lower it at all.....is htere something im missing here?

for most of the OEM A/S controllers theres a special way to "enable" the super-low modes, its in the directions most of the time
