I have a '94 w/ the factory Lexus phone (old style) and three screws remove the base trim and phone holder from the console, but the wires run down a square hole near the back and there must be a plug or two there I can remove the phone without cutting any wires.

But I don't know how to remove the main console inner panels to get to the wires and plugs, there are 2 screws in the bottom but there must be something else holding it in.

So, how do you get to the inside of that console?
