Default Slight surging with light throttle.. suggestions?

Hey. I have a 94 with 180K on it. At light throttle there seems to be a slight amount of surging.. or maybe missing.. a little vibration sometimes... also it seems to be running rich at idle... you can smell it at the rear of the car... even after engine is warm. There are no Check lights on.. and at moderate to WOT the car runs fine... the Oxy sensors were replaced by Lexus at about 162K. Plugs and wires were changed then too.. along with the timing belt, and all things related.

Wondering if it could be a thottle position sensor... anyway to check it.

Thanks
