Default Welcome to CL

5x114.3 is the lug pattern. If you're planning to keep the body stock with a drop, then go with 18's (staggered setup) if you're looking for improvements in handling and aesthetics without sacrificing too much ride quality. Since you stated that you didn't want anything extreme, 18x8.5 and 18x9.5 with +40 to 45 offsets should work for you if you want a conservative setup without any fender modifications.

An excellent quote from another forum I frequent:
On modern wheels, it's very difficult and expensive to replace just the rims. It involves removing the rim from the wheel and welding a new one on. I know some people do it so that they can fit larger (and stickier) tires on the EX250, but as far as aluminum wheels go that's about the only application I know of where they just replace the rims.
