Default Lighting for a 93 LS400!

Hello All,

I have been searching for a set of HID's for my 93 LS400 for the past couple of months to no avail. I can get the HIDs but I will loose the functionality of my HighBeam. I was told that something called Bi-Xenon was coming out which angles the light in a way to simulate a high beam but I haven't seen the light of day of it. Anyway, I am tired of my stock lights and I am looking for something better. Since I cannot get HID's for the ride, what would be the better option. I have heard of Super Whites or Super Brights, how good are these. How close are these to the effect of HID's?

I am looking to change both the headlights and the side lense bulbs. The side lense bulbs are weaker than the headlights so it looks so cheesy. I was thinking that for the side lenses I can either change them to amber or make them as bright as the headlights before or after the bulb upgrade (headlight).

Anyway, I am looking for some suggestions. I have already bought the clear bumper lenses and I am going to order the 2\3 Clear\Red Taillights this week. I also bought a polished chrome grill for the front of the car, havent put it on yet. But after i change the bulbs and the taillights and Grille, the ride should look really nice. All I need are some Rims but i am looking to get a new ride in about 5-6 months so I dont want to go thru all of that.

Anyway, give me all of your suggestions so that I can make a move. Also, with your suggestions please include some places where i can purchase them, preferably online. Thanks in advance!!!

I have seen the PIAA superplasma lights on a 2001 honda civic and they are by far the cleanest HID looking lights around. The kid bought them off e-bay, they are the ones with the japanese lettering on the box. It gives off a slight purple tint but is not rainbow or blue like the other pepboys lights i have seen. I drove in a mustang with the blue pepboys lights and you could hardly see anything. when i drove in the civic with the super plasmas you could see much farther than the the stock lights.

I actually have been saving up for the superplasmas for my 1993 ls400. I think im gonna buy them once the snow stops here in grand island NY.

Try to get the european high-beams. They are located where you have your fog lights. I can get you part numbers but don't know if you can order them.
