What are your alignment settings? How low is the car presently?

The bolt that holds the lower control arm is on a cam , you should easily be able to get 1.5 degree's negative camber and that would be enough , any more and you will prematurely wear out your front tyres , a better bet would be wheels with the correct offset !!

so the bolts that hold on the LCA on both front and rear wheels will adjust my camber. so loosening the bolt will give me some negative camber?

NONONONONO loosening the LCA bolts will cause an obvious catastrophe!

So you got spacers and now the wheels rub. What if you take the spacers out. Did you cut your inner fender yet? What size are the tires.

The camber bolts front and rear are adjustable. It looks like a regular bolt, but it has a piece thats oval shaped right on the head of the bolt. So what you do is, loosen the nut on the other end of the bolt, and when you turn the head, depending on where the oval is pointed to determines whether you put positive or negative camber. Then you tighten down the nut and youre all set. When you turn the bolt, because its oval, itll move the whole control arm, which affects the camber.

Kinda hard to explain in words, but when youre under the car and find the bolt youll understand it more.

Here's a pic of a cam bolt (this is NOT from a Lexus, but looks very similar). Notice how the base is oval shaped... Turning it will move the whole arm in or out. Moving the lower control arm outward gives you negative camber.

Keep your properly alignment and roll the inside fender edge. I had the same problem when i added my 15mm rear spacer. Rolled it out and it clears by an inch and a half.
