Question get lights to work

hello i got a 1990 ls 400 and i just bought lights off of ebay

they arnt workin , i hurd this before but i dont believe it is tru, someone said they have to heat up.. is this realy true? someone please help

They don't need to heat up. Did you install HID wiring harness units on your LS?

no but in the description it said
"Bulbs produces High Wattage light output with only a standard Watt current drawing "
"NO wires will need to change "

maybe thats not tru?

If you bought HID bulbs to your car and do not have HID harnesses, then they will NOT work. HID systems normally run around $100-200 for the cheapo-verions.

If you don't have HID's, I will recommend the Sylvania Silverstar Ultras..they are kind of expensive but VERY close to HID quality.

I second that - I have used other HID type bulbs and the SilverStar are definitely the best choice for me - they are the whitest and brightest I have used. The worst were the true blue from Luminics. They looked awesome but dim compared to the Sylvania bulbs.

12V Drawing Input, 80W/100W Output
*cough*BS*cough*

they're just cheap **** halogen bulbs with upped wattages.
