Default 1995 Heated Seats

My two front heated seats don't seem to work. The previous owners told me that the passenger heated seat works periodically, but I haven't been able to confirm... it is pretty hot here so it's kind of hard to tell. When I did test, neither one worked.

I checked the fuse and it's not blown, I even replaced it with another one. Any ideas?

Possible it is the headting element in the seat itself. It is basially just a coil that heats up, so if the coild is broken, no current can pass through thus no heat.

PS, it is not a literal coil, but a wire element that acts like a coil.

I've read some threads in the past where people said it might be a relay. Where is this relay located and is there any way I can replace it?
