Default 1991 Toyota Celsior after a Bath [56K beware]

Just gave my Celsior a bath after putting on the new tires. I can't believe the quality of the original paint on these cars...look at that reflection from 16year old paint! Its like a mirror.

I believe it is either the Wald or Exclusive Executive bodykit that is on it (rear bumper cover and side skirts). It had the front lip spoiler as well but unfortunately that disapeared from the car during shipping from Japan...someone probably took a loading ramp a little too quick...

Paint looks nice. Are you supposed to have one piece headlights?

Yep unfortunately I had to replace the far superior JDM units with North American units to meet provincial safety requirements [headlights must be stamped DOT or SAE].

The tip up beam of the JDM units tip up to the left (to illuminate road signs in Japan...but oncoming traffic in North America ) Kind of ridiculous though...in reality the tip up beam is almost un-noticable to oncoming traffic, and the DOT beam pattern is overall much less safe than the JDM beam pattern was in that year...so by being less safe in reality I meet safety guidlines in a book...ugh.

I still have the JDM units just sitting on a shelf...one of these days I guess I'll have to put them up on Ebay.
